Can you blame your kids for weight gain????? My DS brought a huge bar of Milka Alpine chocolate from his trip to Madrid. I opened it last night and ate 8 squares. Yep, not 1 or even 2 but 8 whole squares. I felt so bad afterwards that i couldn't bring myself to look at the calories (i do have a good idea anyway) and went to bed feeling sicky.

Back again today on porridge for breakfast and a have had pitta bread, tomato puree, loaded with peppers, mushrooms and a sprinkle of cheese all melted in the oven for 10 mins. Its like a mini pizza. I made it last night for tea and made an extra. Even better today warmed in the microwave. So that should keep me satisfied till i leave work at 4pm.

sounds yum future cooper. my best lunch was yesterday the humous and fallafel. it kept me full till i left work! actually 8 squares isnt that bad is it? doesnt that account for a bar of normal sized chocolate? dont be hard on yourself, as long as you eat well for the rest of the day.

i stuffed myself with spag bolog from last night. put it on a small plate and didnt have seconds. had some yoghurt and also some of my mums magic mixture (3 tablespoons of it) as dessert.. i should really as got to see the dentist at 2. gulp!! i better get ready to go.. hate them

gorgeous sunshine in yorkshire too, back from a lovely brisk walk and stuck back in the office looking out the windows daydreaming.

chorizo and chickpea soup for lunch so feeling very mediterranean with all this sun and blue skies.

am back from the dentists. and ouch!

i upset her a bit as this is the 3rd time i have been to her for the same tooth and had my tooth filled when i got back from honeymoon and it started falling out again. so i had said to her she didnt do it properly and she got offended. oops

i am hungry now but cant eat for 1 -2 hours!! aghhhh

Umm if it didn't last 5 months then she didn't do it properly!! Even if you never looked after your teeth it should last longer than 5 months!

i think you were right to complain if a filling hasn't even lasted 5 months. I've got fillings that have lasted 25 years!

Don't let a dentist get you down if you gave her an honest opinion.

Get out there and enjoy the sun if you can, it always makes me feel better.

thanks ladies.. i thought the same about the filling.. i felt bad as she looked offended that i told her she hadnt done it properly. oops.. lol. 25 years though!??? really? wow!!

Aghh was having a bad moment of just sitting and crying.. just baby stuff. :-(
