well done everyone :0)

have def changed my eating habits and am much happier. still enjoyed my kitkat lst night but made a conscious effort to eat less than what i had piled up on my plate. lol.

am starting to feel more energised now too. we have kung fu again later on today yay!!! working from home. had a lovely review with my manager yesterday so feeling motivated with work.. lol. that is a first!! :0)

just sitting indoors working and looking outside, as the sun is shining in Croydon! bah.. have to see the dentist at 2. yuck!
ps. i am going to be shopping online later for clothes and they better fit me!!! :rotfl:

Wow! Time flies doesn't it Rups?! It seems like a couple if months ago I was saying a year today! Now I am coming up to 7 months! :eek: on the 7th it will be 6 months something..... :T

i know.. time def flies! it will be 6 months since we got married next month! wow.. i can still remember getting married, esp when i chat on here about it.

ahhhh bliss. hehe.. sometimes.

just having some dandelion tea now. its so nice outside. i want to go out. bless hubby. he had his frst filling today and he is traumatised! i told him i am the queen if fillings. haha.

Yay on the compliments Hadley It always makes you feel good doesn't it!

Time really does fly. I remember when we started looking at wedding stuff we were like 'oh 9 months seems ages away' and now it is just over 6 weeks!! Eeekk so excited. Can't wait to go up to Edinburgh this weekend

So far today I have had porridge. Got left over spag bol for lunch with an apple and a banana.

Glad you are feeling more like yourself Rups and getting your energy back.

I remember the weather on the day you got married!! It was soo lush! I was walking through the park and thought wow Rups chose a good day!!

Yeah me too Jo. It was OH's birthday and we spent the day at the races it was so warm and beautiful. You really did luck out with the weather Rups!

Thanks so much guys for the encouragement!! :A It does help motivate. Now have fingers crossed it will be reflected on the scales later. (I miss being a size 8... its all OH's fault)

Am so jealous Rups - would love to be working at home now. You have a nice relaxing day and enjoy your kung fu. I must try some exercise!! I was sat at the beach eating fish and chips outside (with the odd beer) on your wedding day - also my birthday!!:) Jo - you are getting married on OH's birthday which is also normally great weatherwise.

Had better get on and do some more work... just waiting for anice cup of coffee to help me get going.
