I use the wii fit too Jo and hate how the mii starts really skinny and then gets fatter as it reveals your weight :( mine used to say 'too much' as well! haha but stopped doing that when I was no longer 'obese' and just 'overweight' now it simply says 'oh'. Not very encouraging!

stupid wii. we have the wii but no wii fit. is it any good really?

i am trying to freeze my gym membership but its a bloody 0844 number and i cant call now. grrrr

well when the midwife weighed me, she said i was slightly obese due to my height/weight bmi so i must try and get into the safe zone as being overweight or underweight can affect chances of getting pregnant. grrr

Tbh I don't use the exercise part of it much I don't find it very challenging. When I was really unfit it was good but as I am much fitter now I don't feel it gives me much of a work out.

Gyms don't want you to cancel or anything like that so not suprised the number is an 0844 one. I am tempted to join a gym but i just dont think i would go enough to make it worth it.

Oh I have never noticed that?!! It's never done anything but shake her head and look disappointed at me when I put on! But I am in the ideal zone- now very proudly in the 22 BMI range!! (ok- still the higher side but still!!!) :T

Oh that's probably why then. Well done on being in the healthy range. I can't wait to be within the 20-25 healthy range part. Still not very helpful if it shakes its head and looks disappointed though! I want some encouragement and acknowledgement that I am doing well. I know I am overweight I don't need it to keep telling me!

i hate that. its bad enough me knowing that i know i need to lose weight and a stupid machine to tell me would annoy me more!

yeah well done for being in the normal range. i def need to get back in there. people say its garbage about bmi, but it must make sense esp if you are a certain height and weight. i still dream of being in the range of the 60s kg.. when i met hubby i was such a healthy weight (around 63) and in 3 years i am way over that! damn!

Well done Jo. Mine says "oh!" too, I think its quite funny when it looks at the belly part and shakes its head. There was one woman whose mii exploded:

I think I would just throw it in the bin if it did that to me,it obv wasnt working for her. I also dont like when it tells you your wii fit age and its about 8 years older than you actually are.
