Just back from the menu tasting. The food was sooo good as were the many wines we were encouraged to try.

Think I found my favourite part of wedding planning.

yeah, we've chosen exactly the same menu we picked when we saw the menu. I had the veggie option of goats cheese tart which was sooo good.

We weren't keen on the wine that's part of our package so we're going to see if we can pay a bit extra and upgrade to a nicer wine.

well done on your loss Jo. thats great news! :-) i weighed myself in the bathroom yesterday so will see how i do in a weeks time. gulp!

This whole week, we have been out so last night was another night where by 9 i was starving. I had a glass of red wine and then we went home, and then had marks and spencers pizza. i wolfed it down. i then thought that im not going to feel bad about it as for some weird reason, have been calorie counting so made sure i ate within my calories yest. hmm was ok as after half a thin based pizza, i was full. no guilt no guilt! lol

Well at the mo it is really only playing up when I do exercise (honestly!) fine walking around normally, which us better than it was, but half an hour in the wii yesterday and it was beginning to twinge.
Having an s day today (instead of Sunday) as going to Oxford for the night, and there will be much cocktails and ice cream! Still trying to stick to the no snacks and no seconds tho- those are easier to stick to!

ah your being so good. well done. are you seeing a physio? that will def help as i had the same thing and now i can do stuff. ok sometimes i cant do stuff like body combat because of too much jumping but i can do other classes so its cool :-)

wish i had wii fit. :-). we have wii but lots of games and not the fitness thing.

Well I went to the Drs and they said they would refer me, (this was on 18th May), got letter through last week from physio saying in a waiting list and will take 10-12 weeks!!!!!! Stupid London NHS!!!! When I had physio before I didn't have to wait that long! I think it was a few weeks.
Sent OH to the class alone yesterday, and he got the name if private physio person, so will try that out.

omg thats such a pain. a person could be in lots of pain and they always delay it. when i went to a gp near my mums where i lived before, she was such a miserable cow, and said, just take loads of ibuprofen for the knee pain. its not like you have been knocked down by a car or something and you need urgent knee care!! i was so shocked. when i moved i lukcily got a physio through my healthcare insurance at work and that was so much quicker. before that i had tried the dr way and it took forever but eventually got there. grrr NHS. do you have health insurance? are you in london?

Don't have health insurance yet, H2B starts job in March! I do live in London yeah, near Greenwich.

ah do you? :0) cool i used to live in Woolwich and my mum is still there. :-)

Ok i am getting off point now.. lol. The metro sometimes advertise this bupa clinic in london, where you can go and have some knee help, so check that out. its always a small advert somewhere. if i see it again, i will post it for you. :0)..

ahh good old Greenwich. i love it.. :0)
