Right everyone, have a great weekend and enjoy..

I managed to stay awake and had to have a diet coke which made me feel a bit sick (that has never happened before!!). I didnt need fruit either, so it is a good thing. Just want to go home and sleep. :0) Weekend might be mad, as got to get my saree so am excited but also hoping all this ends quickly so can have my normal weekends back. sob sob..speak soon. :0)

Morning fellow dieting peeps. Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Back on the n days again which is a good thing as I have heartburn again. Wasn't too bad with the junk this weekend. The snacking thing seems to have died down in that I actually have to take the conscious decision to get snack food rather than wandering through cause I'm bored. Still eating too much but I guess I can tackle that with time.

Hey Codemonkey, that's good to hear. I don't seem to snacking as much either, and feel my weekend could have been a lot worse! Back at work again today which really sucks! But at least no food temptation here! (until I go out for lunch at least!) and I do have another week off in a fortnight! (can anyone tell I am trying to use up my annual leave entitlement!)

Lucky you. I'm really in need of a holiday, but mid project I have more chance of growing wings and flying than getting more than one day off at a time.

Was quite proud of myself for not being bad on Friday.

Well, it's not a holiday- I don't get to go anywhere sunny this year as apparently there is a big event to save up for!!! But it is a much needed break, hope I don't get ill this time! How was everyone's lunch? Hope it was healthy!

These pesky weddings getting in the way of proper holidays.

It's hit home that I only have 12 weeks to go til the wedding and 8 to my fitting and I'm still chubby. Had porridge with banana and raisins, and a visit to the gym. 30 minutes cardio, 15 abs, 20 strength, 5 rowing. Sadly I've had to drop the weights back because of my dodgy shoulder but hopefully will be back to normal next week.

I've also bought zumba for the Wii. Does anyone have this? Is it any good?

How was your lunch johanna? Did you have something healthy but still yummy?

Wow thats good! I am impressed! I jut had a sandwich from greggs n some chilli rice crackers. Not very exciting! 12 weeks is plenty of time to make a difference, don't get disheartened.

I don't have Zumba for the wii, but I do have the wii fit. Find that quite good, will use it tonight. We have signed up to love film and rent our wii games. OH loves it as we get new games for really cheap. I love it because I know they will only get played And completed once, so I don't feel it is a waste of money! I have put a couple of exercise games on the list, but have yet to have one come yet. You will have to let me know how the Zumba one is!
