I have just had a cup of soup (not cup a soup! The covent garden type) and 3 Jaffa cakes. Now having a glass of apple juice bcos I am still hungry! For breakfast this morning I had the belvita biscuits, so have only eaten around 450 cals. Just looking at yesterday, and because I went to the gym I had 415 cals left at the end of the day!

Make sure you eat enough though 'cos if you don't eat enough you won't loose weight. Its about eating the right things, not hardly anything. So my lunch listed out sounds like quite a lot but there are 3 bits of fruit or veg in it which are good and not many calories.

My lunch was yummy and got my jaffa cakes and apple left for later in the afternoon when I get hungry.

Yeah soup is a good one as it is filling and healthy. Just written out doesn't sound like many calories at all. I have no idea how many calories I eat a day I just go on lots of fruit and veg and healthy(ish) main meals. Am trying to avoid snacking but it is so hard with all the christmas food still around.

I've been quite good so far today, but then I was good at work yesterday then had a massive slice of leftover christmas cake last night! Cant do that again! Going to curves tonight then maybe a bit of zumba again!

Well done Jo for signing up to the swimathon!

We aren't doin too bad with the Christmas food... We got given 2 boxes of the Lindt chocolate melts, and we have actually nearly finishe them, but since new year we have restricted them to 1 a night only. N that's not allowed every night... Only if we have been good! Once we finish those it may go down hill, as the rest don't come in small individual wrapped sizes! It's like a whole crunchie....

I find that counting calories helps me to focus on what I'm eating, but I understand it doesn't work for everyone :)
