Morning Everyone,
Hope you all had a good Christmas and New Year.
1st day back at work - so 1st day back on here. Have missed loads :rotfl:
Anyway, am not in a good mood as took me nearly 4 hrs to get to work because of traffic problems due to the weather (should take 1.5 hours). and unless things improve drastically over the afternoon - looks like it will be the same to get home.
Went to SW on Thurs and had put on 1.5lbs - not bad, considering what I'd been eating and drinking.Dreading what it will be like this Thurs. But thats it now. As others have said "I am getting married this year" :jSo must get sorted. about 8 months to do something or I'll be a very fat bride.

Wow that isn't a bad gain at all Hadley well done. My mum went back to SW yesterday and had gained 11lb! She was so angry at herself. I am dreading this thursday's weigh in. But must do it or will continue to eat badly.
So hungry right now but need to go to the bank first on my lunch break. Boring...0 -
Thanks Emm. Your poor mum
Think I am going to have a shock this week though.
Am refusing to leave the office as still pouring down and blowing a gale. So am by default being healthy :rotfl:0 -
Yeah she was rather disappointed but I am sure once she gets back to it she will loose what she has put on relatively easily. Fingers crossed for her.
It was chucking it down here earlier but stopped now thankfully. Bank wasn't as bad as I expected either so that's good. Soup was yummygot enough for the next couple of days too which is good.

Glad bank was ok. Has finally stopped raining here now. So fingers crossed my journey home might be a bit quicker.
Sure your mum will be fine when she gets back on it properly. I'll say that for SW it does work... I just need to follow it properly.0 -
I just brought a weight watchers cookbook.
hopefully lots of yummy healthy food in there to try, will make a change from the usual stuff (I get bored very easily!)

Sounds good Jo; you will have to let us know if there are any good meals in there. My MIL to be got given a cook book for the menopores from her then husband about 6 years ago (she was only 44 at the time!) she wasn't impressed!0

Oh dear! That is not good, I would have walked him one! Well it was only 3.99 and it's a fairly big book, so a bit of an impulse buy. Is has the points system which I don't have a clue about, other than the lower the better. But it also has how many cals, do will be using that bit!:T0
