Hope everyone has a good new year too!
I need to get back on track too but our cupboards are stuffed with unhealthy but yummy edible christmas presents. I have nothing healthy in. Have to do a food order so can have some fruit and veg! Had a brilliant break though, already don't want to go back to work haha.0 -

Morning everyone
Back at work but really don't want to be here, was so nice to be at home.
I can finally now say that I am getting married this year! 4 months and 4 days
Today is the first day again of my diet and I have generally stayed about the same but we still have 2 boxes of biscuits, half a huge xmas cake and loads of cheese and 3 boxes of chocolate so my weight might not be going down for a few weeks.0 -

I don't want to be here either! I am now panicking about how much I have to loose to fit into my dress! I really need to buck up my ideas, and get down to it! I am going to be good again starting from now!
I am / will:
Going to the gym wed after work as H2B will be late home from work
Going swimming / gym on Sat as H2B needs some peace n quiet to do some work
Have soup 5 nights out of 7 in the following week
Have hot chocolate for pudding in the evening, apart from weekends when I am allowed one chocolate bar instead. (to use up Christmas chocs!)
Get up early / on time at least one weekday, so I can do wii fit before work.:T0 -
The wii fit before work is a hard to reach step, so we will start with 1 day!:T0

Morning everyone
Hope everyone had a great break!
Back at work nowit is freezing and the boiler is broken!
I must get back to healthy eating as only have 3 and a half months to go. I have eaten so much over the last couple of weeks! Not good.
Breakfast was a slice of toast and lunch is hm veg soup, pineapple and 2 jaffa cakes. We have very little healthy food in the house until tomorrow evening so it is a case of the best I can do for now!0 -
