I've stayed the same again this week, so I'm going to try really hard this week to lose a lb or two before christmas, that would be great!
However, I treated myself to a small co$ta hot chocolate earlier, and now am not hungry for lunch, even though I know I should eat something.. hmm.. decisions decisions.Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

we just got back from xmas lunch.. i was trying to be so careful as wanted linguine but not allowed some sea food i think? so had this rissotto with italian sausage in it and had some ciabatta bread as a started.. kind of feeling hungry now.
the stupid pub didnt do dessert so this guy brought us some chocolate bars and i had a galaxy bar hehe

Sounds like you have had/got a yummy food day. lovely. All the nice food at christmas is the best! I can't wait for my work meal on tuesday. yummy. going to a party tomorrow too so bound to be yummy nibbles then too.
Lunch was carrots, pineapple, apple and twiglets. Plus a few pieces of proper Turkish turkish delight really yummy. Just put some potatoes in the oven for dinner too. Herby roast potatoes with mini corn on the cobs and not sure what else yet lol.
