I have one on Monday and I have been preparing for it every evening this week and most of last weekend. I know someone who works there so he has been giving me a list of things to revise for the technical interview and things the HR might ask me for their interview.

Jo i am sure you are doing good. today i am wearing these black trousers that i once fit into nicely and had some tummy room. today i feel yuck in them as they are squeezing my tummy. hate that.. not sure if its due to AF coming next week or i am just fat! prob just fat!!! haha i have to keep hold of these and see if can have the same feeling like before. stupid trousers. my belly sticks out like i am pregnant!

I am not feeling good about tonight's weigh in! But I haven't been very good for a few weeks now but have managed to stay the same so I think I need the shock of putting on to make me stop being naughty iyswim. However I am off work today waiting for the tv to be delievered back all fixed so am making invitations! Am only licking the spoon after though so can't be too bad?? haha

Oooohhh have fun ice skating Rups. I am going in a couple of weeks and can't wait. Where you doing it?

To balance out the chocolate cooking I am going to make some soup too today. Something healthy at least then. But am having dinner out with OH tonight before a gig...

just eat less junk food -- but also east more regularly in small portions --- this increases metabolism and should help lose weight

Wow it's meant to be really good there. We are going to the one by the Natural History Museum The time goes really quick! It is so much fun! heehee.

I have my cookbooks out to do some soup but all I keep looking at is cakes and biscuits! heehee

I just looked for iceskating near me as I want to go now. The nearest rink is 24 miles away which is a little far just to go iceskating.

Also the two towns near me usually have an iceskating rink (one ice and one plasticy substitute) for Christmas and they both don't have it this year either.

Em, my work has this social committee club sort of thing that organises stuff and we were lucky as we got tickets for 8 pounds rather than 15. they also do theatre, sports trips etc but havent yet arranged anything yet. it happens slowly. so when events happen, people just take them up. ..depending on how broke we are. hehe Em i am dreading it as am hopeless. i went there 2 years ago and ended up being stuck to the side.

it is ok to look at cakes and biscuits. hehe. i took a lemon drizzle cake recipe from a work friend, and will have to try it as its so easy.

Rups, I find I am ok as long as it is not too wet/ slippery, and I have someone to hold on to! They can even be worse than me, as long as I can hold their hand!
