b - cheerios with skimmed milk, 2 slices wholemeal toast and spread
l - jacket pot with tuna mayo, ginger biscuit
s - breakaway
t - 2 waffles, porridge with cinammon
Not great at all.... here's to tomorrow being better!Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Hi and welcome
I have pinned a photo of someone looking stunning in a wedding dress on my board at work. Not mine - as thats secret - but a stunning one nonetheless :rotfl: It works for me.... if I'm tempted to be naughty, I see that and think thats how I want to look.
I'm going to stick a photo of some gorgeousness in dress form (sort of similar to my dress, but not too much) onto the fridge, when I finally get around to it.....Marrying my lovely man on 1st September 2012

:rotfl:Morning All,
Hope everyone had a good night. Would normally be driving to work now, but working from home as have people installing solar panels to the house and I'm supervising (yeah like I know what I'm doing) :rotfl:Hopefully Oh will make it back before they finish.
Anyway, thanks for all your wishes for my weigh in ... another 1lb off. Slow going and I wanted a 1.5lb to reach the half a stone, but its still a loss. :j
Am going to be good today - for once will have cereal for brekkie, with (fat free natural) yogurt as don't like milk. Have couscous with veg for lunch and think might have a tuna steak with jacket spud and salad for dinner - all free on SW. Wow that makes me sound so good :rotfl:(Thats only so I can have a couple of glasses of vino - well it is Friday0 -
Well done Hadley!
I am going to stay at my parents this weekend so imagine there will be more food consumed than intended but have been good the rest of the week so not too bad. Plus my mum is doing slimming world so the main meals will be good its just that their kitchen cabinets are always really well stocked with yummy stuff I can't resist. Must be strong!
So far today I have had poridge for breakfast and have got beans on toast for lunch with carrot and pepper sticks0 -
So far I have had small skimmed latte and a cupcake...
it was good! Am going out for lunch at pub later too. Have decided I will switch lunch an dinner, so will have a bigger lunch n a sandwich or something 4 tea. Hopefully will still be under my cal count, even tho what I have eaten is terrible!

Well I've been abysmal the last 2-3 weeks. I hurt my hip so I didn't do zumba and I did lots of chocolate, cakes, biscuits...basically anything bad to eat, i did lots of! 2 weeks ago I fitted in my dress...haven't seen it since I brought it home then so fingers crossed it still fits tomorrow. Am now partly craving chocs but my tummy's all knotted and I've hardly eaten today. Meant to be having a family meal tonight before BM and I head off to our hotel - slightly upset that even a wedding hasn't been motivation enough to get me down to the 10st mark I was aiming for but obviously that's the least of my worries right now! And no chance tomorrow as we're having chocolate gateau with the wedding breakfast0

Ellay, two weeks of naughty eating won't have done enough damage to cause you to suddenly not fit in your dress anymore, and as for tomorrow, if there's one day when you shouldn't worry about what you're eating, it's your wedding day!
Your dress fits, you'll look amazing in it, so go and enjoy yourself!
Have a fantastic day tomorrow!
