As I have been good today.. do you think it would be really bad to give into my crisp craving with a glass or 2 later. It is Friday... not sure Friday should make any difference, but it always seems so good to be a little naughty on Friday night. :rotfl:
  • Yeah! Fridays are designed to be so! That's a no- it wouldn't be too bad! :D n a glass or 2 of red is meant to be good for you! There we go- found my excuse! :D

I'm likely that excuse... might have to borrow it. I will have a low fat (free on SW) dinner though - so not all bad. :rotfl:
  • Well red wine is meant to lower colesteral n lower risk of heart problems. N in many cases drs recommend it! But in moderation- which I will have! Being healthy is more important than being slim! :D there we go, I think that finished it off!!!

I will have fairly healthy tea, but terrible pudding! Will try and stay under my cals tho, not including the wine (or 'medicine'!!)

  • Hadley, I think you've resisted the crisps for long enough to deserve them, especially as you've been so healthy at lunch!

    Eat with no guilt! :D

    Thanks Shappire.

I think I might just have to. A couple of glasses of lovely medicine as well to wash them down. :rotfl:

    Lovely:)

I gave in this afternoon and had a block of that nice greens organic chocolate. But they are only little! Lunch was sushi (around 380 cal), shake for brekkie (100cal) and nothing else. Other than the chocolate, but I did resist the massive georgous looking brownie! however... there will be wine tonight... which always ends up with crisps and/or cheese on toast. Plus I am hormonally hungry too, this isn't looking promising!
