    thanks ms. :) have been told by OH not to buy them yet as his cousin who is moving away might want to get rid of them, but have been waiting around al morning now. if i dont hear by 4, i am buying them! grrr

    did my PT session.. i forgot how much the cute PT had made me suffer before!! :p

    Awww, Rups, I'm so jealous of your exercising. I've been naughty and eaten a pack of malteasers (breakfast) and a fun sized pack of jelly babies and skittles. Oink. I want to go to the gym!!

    code, you will go to the gym, just after you have got better hon. dont put so much strain on yourself at the mo and enjoy being 'off' for a bit. if you know what i mean? skittles are yum :).. is ur back too sore for tummy crunches? hmm another way is asking your OH? hehe. sorry being silly. *hug*

    My back is too sore. I can barely stand, so getting to the floor won't work I intend to strap on my slendertone belt when I get in though which might help a bit, but its not zumba :(

    yeah those belts are good. ihave one somewhere. at least it will so something as you sit or something. hon i know its frustrating but be positive and you will heal quickly. massage your shins and legs.

    morning ladies, how are you all?

    i was bad last night.. met my bridesmaid for a coffee and got home and was starving and we had pizza. grrr. i am so annoyed at myself now! :( this morning we stopped over at Paul's as was meetings OH's brother but i didnt get anything. just shared tea with OH. i am so annoyed at myself. i was starving yest and pizza sounded just right. :( on the plus side, i bought some weights and those sketchers flip flops yesterday before going home ;)
