I wish there was an easy answer! If you find anythin that really works with thighs and hips let me know! Even when I was a baby I was nicknamed ThunderThighs! It is so depressing co they are out of proportion with every thing else!

hey Jo me and you both! hehe my younger brother calls me Roberto Carlos as he has massive thighs! once a cabbie in Wales even told me that! i was like wooooaaahhh.. i think with the thighs, i have accepted them but its the belly, arms, bums and well everything else apart from thighs hehe. you know the exercise where you lie on your side and lift your leg up and down? thats supposed to really help and squats of course! :)

Spot reduction isn't possible but you can make it better. You need to do tons of crunches, lunges, squats will build muscles which will burn more fat and tighten you up, but it won't make any difference without cardio because you need to burn the fat. Circuit training would be pretty good.

Ooh actually pilates and callanetics would help too. It's good for muscle without bulk.

It's an exercise thing using high numbers of small movements. So instead of doing 10 big moves you do 100 small ones. I did a couple of classes a few years ago and it hurt so much the day after.
