Just had my hair trial. It was exhausting and very, very boring (3 bridesmaids and my MIL2B) and I'm starving now because I haven't had much in the way of proper food.
For breakfast I intended to have porridge but my boss had bought me a scone so I had to eat that (it was yummy and very nice of her), then I left early to come home and tidy up for people coming round so I grabbed some crisps and a mars bar quickly.
And, ermm that's it.

evening was weird and the whole day was depressing...as aunty flos here (2 days early), i asked my bro to get me a kitkat and i gobbled that up! ate failry ok. ish during the day..
today i hope to eat well and def go for a step class. been totally bad going to the gym. grrr. abs still hurt from tuesday. want that teacher back!!! glad its friday. didnt sleep well at all yest as my mums. OH was doing his comedy thing and then he went out and i couldnt sleep. dont knw whats wrong with me?

It's hard to describe. She looked at some photos I liked and my dress and accessories and then got to work. So she pinned up my hair with loads of loose curls and a couple of plaits and it looked really nice. I've got long, thick hair so it took forever, but it was all kind of loose and romantic looking. I'll try to get a photo up later.

Umm as my previous post was not all diet related... can I ask some advice.
I was finally brave enough to stand in front of the mirror in my undies. Not a pretty sight at all, but it has helped kick me into action.
The parts that need attention are my tummy (though am bloated at the mo from the monthly), my bum and top of my thighs - which seem to be blending into one lump of fat, a little bit of back fat and bingo wings.
the positives - my waist thats still seems tiny and my boobs (but am sure they will get smaller if I lose any weight)
Anyway, can I ask you lovely ladies some advice... what sort of things can I do to target those areas.. Any advice at all gratefully received.0 -
Hi Hadley, I have the same issues as you but i thought if i target an area at a time, that might help but i could be wrong. i guess it depends on what exercise you do as well like the shred would help everything so i think thats a possibility. This weekend, imust get my !!!! in gear and go to argos and get some stuff. i am going to buy a trampoline as well.
I dont know how to deal with back fat though as i have loads of that too. I would never look good in a backless. yuck! My tummy is digusting. It seems like i am pregnant all the timei have like 2 layers of tummy if that makes sense? oh hadley i think shred maybe? what do the rest of the girls think? xx
