I have sinned already this morning! There was a runner doing a trip to greggs! So had a sausage roll (bread roll with sausage, not sausage-roll) Theoretically it is allowed on the no s diet, but have a feeling it is against the spirit of it! oh well, it was yummy!
Code, I couldn't live without carbs! I try and cut them down or choose healthier options (wholegrain etc), but a loaf of freshly cooked home made bread dripping with butter can not be beaten!:T0 -
