Ok I was doing really well until I turned up for my late shift (last one with the team before the wedding) and they gave me champagne, cake and baklava!!

I think today might be an s day...

I met with a couple of friends after work for a drink and very saintly nursed a diet coke while they had two glasses of wine each. Home for a quick dinner, a bit of TV and then it's shred day two!

I ate so much baklava, I don't even want to think about it. The computers went down so all there was to do was eat.

Shred day two complete. Was tempted to also do some wii zumba but its very hot in here.

Well done MsS on the juice and the shred after a night out.

Ah might as well do zumba. Don't have anything better to do.

code, that was so sweet of your work mates.. ahh bless them. I love baklava too. would have drank the stuff haha.. glad you enjoyed it :0) and zumba.. i miss my zumba today as its my lunch today grrr would rather zumba.. haha

last night,met up with my bridesmaid and we saw some dresses for her at Coast and we chose a lovely blue one! yay! then i was ready to gohome and she reminded me that I had promised to take her to a Thai place, andi was like 'i did?' hehe. so went and had some thai food. it was ok and i didnt finish it so got a take away again!!! my friend is on a diet so I knew we wouldnt be tempted by dessert. Had food and headed home. I wanted to have a bath to chill but the shower curtain and pole came apart and I spent ageees sorting it. and OH was out!

Today I have to miss gym as have the lunch and then drinks with OH and his work mates..hmm maybe if go home on time, can attempt shred! who knows? hehe

Thanks code. *hug*..its horrible here too (perfect day for going to a gym indoors) haha but never mind. I have circuits tomorrow booked. lol. im so sad. i feel restless if idont go to the gym nowdays. am i sad?

Not at all. Just enjoying the endorphine high from exercising. I'm the same. Just struggle go get motivated and at the moment work out properly while its so clammy and sticky. I will run the full 5k today, even if I have to go outside to do it!

you are very good with your running. i really wish i could get into it. i am such a wimp when i run.. haha.. i can do other gym stuff. i am looking forward to circuits as i find that sort of stuff fun.. damn damn i cant do zumba! i have such a long list of things to buy from ebay. might see if can add zumba to that!
