No gym today. I'm hungry and shaky and i have a headache, so I went out for a sandwich and accidentally got some crisps too.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0

It is way too hot to gym! I can barely manage walking up stairs! Crisps n sandwich will go on one plate so it is ok code. Luckily although hot weather makes me want to do no excersise what so ever, it also results in me hardly eating. So I hope it lasts!:T0

I'm jealous. Nothing stops me eating. I can be throwing up and still want dinner afterwards.
It's so humid here. I'm exhausted just walking about. I'd be rubbish in the rain forest.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
OMG I know exactly what you mean about friends and hen nights... Mine has been arranged by my MOH but she's made such a song and dance about it, I wish I'd just done it myself! And 2 of my friends, who only knew each other through me are now all of a sudden bosom buddies and meeting up every fortnight with their boyfriends for a night in with lots of wine. Do my boyfriend (sorry fiance) and I get an invite? Do we f***. It's like being at school again and being the 3rd friend and pushed out. So I'm just getting through to the wedding then MOH and me will "drift".
Anyway, back to the dieting. Met my friend last night and I could swear we were going Beefeater so I ate only 5 points of food all day so I could have a glass of wine and a starter and main and still stay within my day's points. But it's a blimmin Brewers Fayre! Luckily I had my points book with me but they do not have, like, ANY healthy options and I went over by quite a lot( I know I can use my weekly bonus points but I'm going to Cardiff for the weekend and was saving them for then! My fitting is booked for 30th August and I STILL have 8lbs to lose and I'm never gonna lose it!!!!!
Sorry for the stress head... Hope everyone has a nice afternoon.0 -
Know exactly where you're coming from Chrissy. My fitting is 10 days from now and I've utterly failed to get into shape. Having said that you have 4 weeks, so 2lb a week is possible. Can you up your exercise a bit to cover the excess?Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0

I think I'm going to have to. I thought 8lbs in a month was totally do-able but I feel massive and like none of it will come off! And now I have only 26 days to lose 8lbs!!!!
Codemonkey, how much more have you got to lose? I think where you do a lot of exercise, maybe your muscles are making you heavier, but if you got the tape measure out, you'd be thinner? If that makes sense... When is your wedding? The other thing is that once I lose the sodding 8lbs I've got to keep it off til November. I probably should have got my fitting put back but I want my mum and OH's mum to come with me but they both work in schools and can't get time off in the week.0 -
I tried the tape measure last night and I've lost inches on my arms and thighs, but my waist and hips were just as big as they were before I started dieting and exercising (I found my results pre first attempt at the shred). I'm hoping its a mix of pmt boating and stress boating, otherwise what was it all for?
My wedding is 5.5 weeks away. My dress was iffy in the waist when I ordered it, so still being 0.5 inches out is heartbreaking.
You'll be fine Chrissy. 26 days is loads of time xEu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -

Hollie, how would you feel about a body swap just for my wedding day? I have to say though, I think you're eating for weightloss not maintenance there. 2000 calories is maintenance and it looks like less than that.
I am absolutely starving today. I could honestly just eat everything!!! I want a chocolate bar and crispsive been eating like this now for about 2 months and my stomach has shrunk loads so finding what i have for lunch is filling me up,i eat breakfast around 10 then lunch at around 2,tea is anything between 5-6.30 which is usually then when im hungry.i have no idea how many calories i dont tend to count them to much.i think its around 80-100 in a croissant, then 2 ryvitas, there 17cals each with some spread and half a slice of ham on each not sure what that is then,pk of crisps i think there 80-99cals then tea is any of the above so i agree not 2000 but it seems to be working for me,i walk alot with my dog aswell but dont feel tired/lethargic so must be doing something right i guess
