Blimey!! You guys have got through five pages of chatting on this thread today!! That has made me lol, I'll be honest!

I had a sneaky extra weigh-in today, and I'm still the same as last Friday. Not likely to lose any either as I've been feeling a bit run-down lately, which always makes me eat naughty things to make myself feel better. To top it off, yesterday my phone and the work phone (a mobile) got stolen while I was manning the shop alone so I feel guilty because my boss will have to spend a lot to replace the work phone, and really, really P:mad::mad::mad:ed off!!! So today I have eaten my body weight in sugar.

    grrrrrrrrr

No- homemade pizza doesn't take very long. The dough doesn't really need to rise. I also used passata and made kind of a pasta sauce to cover, lots of veg on it! But also a fair bit of cheese! :( I don't eat cheese that often tho, and don't have a lot of dairy so I count that a essential dairy! ;)

Who is havin chips at this time in the morning?!?

I made the pizza dough too. At least I can justify what should be an unhealthy meal by knowing exactly what went in it!!

Morning everyone! I was super good yesterday and had a WW soup with a slice of bread and butter for my lunch as I was going round my friend's with a bottle of wine in the evening. Didn't really feel like soup in this weather but I thought it would be worth it for 3 teeny tiny (125ml) glasses of wine... I measured out exactly half a bottle of wine and I didn't even drink it all! Started off drinking really slowly so I could make it last then at 10.30pm I still had a whole glass left to drink but I didn't really fancy it cos I was getting tired so I gulped a bit then went home.

Had a yummy dinner though -- WW sausage casserole sauce with 2 Tesco light choices sausages and 3 scoops of mash with lots and lots of veg. Even OH was full up (although he had 4 sausages and 4 scoops of mash). He's allowed 19 more points a day than me!!!

Tonight I'm eating on my own so treating myself to a salmon fillet, potatoes and veg. Which means I have enough points for a WW cheesecake dessert later! Yum!

Had a bit of a headache this morning but I think that's where I've been drinking 2 litres of water a day and the toxins are flushing out! Hope everyone's got nice sunny weather today!

Hi Chrissy, you are doing so well.. well done. :0) super healthy too!!

Can I ask you something though? Does everything has to be a WW meal or can you buy normal stuff too, and do you get fed up counting points all the time? :( Just wondered, in case I decide to go for that. I was with slimming world, which worked so well for me, but I was at uni then, and I had a bit of time to prepare food. We used to have the red and green days, and then eventually I got fed up as I was thinking about what to eat on green days or what not to eat. hehe. Also as i awas paying and as a student, that became hard, I stopped. It was really good for me though as on a green day, i could eat as much pasta i wanted, as long as i had my calcium intake everyday, and other bits and bobs. hmmm...
