Wedding Diet Thread....

It's my first fitting. The last is 2 weeks after that. No hoop or anything to worry about thankfully.

I still feel awful actually. Sick, dizzy and just..off. I have to work til 8 tonight which is not ideal when I feel this rubbish.

oh no code.. go home and rest it off if you are not well. try some ginger tea as Jo suggested. it def helps. poor thing. dont stay at work and suffer hon.. x

wow JO, scuba course!! are you both going to do it then? i am way too scared of that and will panic if i am to go deep into the water. I panic with a simple snorkel and when i see fish moving about, i just panic. lol

Scuba course sounds brilliant Jo. It's something I've always wanted to do but my ears hurt at 8ft underwater. Wetsuits though

Don't have any ginger tea but might see if one of my colleagues will pick some up if they go to Tesco. Weirdly I'm craving a mars bar too. How odd is that?

ahh your body is trying to say something... maybe give into the little mars bar? i love mars bars. sigh.

Me too. I like to melt them until the caramel starts to come out at the edges and eat with a spoon

hmm yum... OH bought some the other day. he had 3 and i could just about finish one.. Normal sized one that is. :-)

no you wouldnt. lol he felt and looked sick after that! Lol. he made me laugh. im surprised how the digestive biscuits havent been attacked yet!

Yeah we will both do it. Planning on. Doing a but of scuba on the honeymoon, an it will prob be best if it is not the first time we have tried it, incase anyone does panic etc!
