Woo hoo, after a very hectic and erratic week food wise i.e. I ate a scone, pasta and two bags of yoghurt covered raisins (all of which I should'nt have), I've lost 4lbs, making it 9lbs in total. Had a late PT session tonight and was going to cancel as I felt fat and bloated but so glad I went now. Makes me more determined as I'm now 9 stone 5lbs, haven't been this weight in three years.

    Guys,

Can I ask a quick question if I may...

As mentioned previously, I weigh about 12 stoneadn really want to start shifting it for my wedding next August. I am sure with a bit/lot of determination I can do this but... can anyone suggest how to target my thighs and bum. These are my problem areas and also how to make sure i don't have bingo wings... mine are ok at the mo, so its more of a toning exercise.

The reason for teh question is everytime I do any exercise it only seems to be my boobs that get smaller:( and they are fine.

    Thanks

You're not going to like me for this. The best way to tone your thighs and bum is squats, squats and more squats.

If you google it, you should find a lot of pages and videos showing you how to do them properly.

    http://exercise.about.com/od/exerciseworkouts/ss/howtosquat.htm

We were doing them in zumba the other day and I was pleased that my thighs held up better than the teenage girls in front of me. Sadly mil2B was even better than me.:o:o My thighs were screaming at the end.

Another thing is that old aerobics favourite of lying on your side with your legs straight, elbow on the floor and your head propped on your hand, then raise and lower the top leg.

You could also try pilates which will tone without adding bulk.

    Hope this helps.

Have lost a lb as of this morning, so better than nothing!

    b - HM banana smoothie
l - slice of pizza and chips ( was on an interview, and that was the only option! )
d - 2 fajita wraps with lots of salad

Mixed day, and didn't get the job, so definitely moving on to tomorrow.

    b - nutrigrain bar

l - tuna sandwich, aplen bar
t - 2 poached eggs on toast, ready brek with nutella (don't ask)

Somewhat better, just can't be bothered. Stayed the same this week.

If you don't mind advice, you need fruit and veg. You might be bloated because of the amount of bread. If you get sweet cravings, i used to make up a few bowls of sugar free jelly to fill up on, and just keep them in the fridge.

Hello All, Hope everyone had a good week and weekend. :0) And hello to the newest member too.

I am actually ashamed to put here what I ate all week, having been away, so will not too that, as have been bad. Things like fish and chips and chocolate bits and bobs. agghhh... When ever we were invited to someone's house, i managed to eat better but I always had dessert.. ouch. I am about to come on and I feel like a beach whale and moody so I do not even want to weigh myself, yet I am tempted. My belly is very bloated like now.. :0(

and to make it worse, I had some pizza from Dominos :( as we got back today and there is nothing in the house. bah......
