Can I join you. My name is Angie I am getting married in May 2012 in Cyprus I weighed 13st13 I have been dieting for 12 weeks and am not 12st 8lb would love to lose another 2 stone. I am doing a diet called Herbalife which is 2 shakes 1 meal and snacks.
How do I get those wee things that some off you have on the bottom of your page0 -

The wee things are signatures - go to User CP (on the green bar near the top of the page) and edit signature is somewhere on the left I think.

And if you want further support follow me over onto the Health and beauty board where they have monthly weight loss threads. The aim is to go for 7lbs a month so it's not mammoth targets...this months thread is titled 'May marches on...' We all weigh in and report on what we've lost and if you want you have your name and progress logged on the front page of each month. I find it a great incentive having that one and this one here...it's great having diet buddies0 -
I managed to eat breakfast today
b - HM banana smoothie
l - slice of roast pork, with carrots and parsnips, 2 roast potatoes and gravy. Followed by a small cupcake
t - (Leftover) steamed salmon, peas, 2 new potatoes and 1 slice of bread, with hollandaise sauce. Small slice of tea loaf

Welcome Angie. I cant imagine doing a shake based diet (I'd be eating my fingers). Ooh actually someone I know was doing a diet where you alternated days, so one day you could eat normally and the next you were only allowed 400 calories in the shape of a meal replacement shake consumed over a whole day. It sounded awful.
Well, today I've been good and stuck to the diet despite mega chocolate cravings and an inexplicable desire for curly fries at 11am. I haven't been to the gym because I'm working a 12 hour shift today and I ache from yesterday.
