well she was the one i was finding hard to meet up or hear from but recently she has started wearing a scarf and feels she cant buy the same dress as my other friend and she wont feel comfy about it.

Oh right, that sucks! Well I guess you just have to decide whether to re-think the bridesmaid dresses to something she will feel comfortable in, or just cut your losses. I no that sounds really harsh, but stressing about it is not goig help. I woul be really annoyed if my bridesmaid did that to me, but I find when it cones to religion you can't really argue with them! (well u can but the friendship won't last!):T0

I think I'd be inclined not to change the dresses and just proceed without her, from everything you've said.
