i know easier said than done with stress. im trying to be calm today, but just before the gym stupid OH said he went for a run with some girl from work.. i need to calm down as i know its innocent. grrrr. i have managed to wind myself up now..:-(

oh no.. i think if i didnt go to the gym, when i was angry, i would have just melted down here. poor u code.. hmm ur right.. at least he told me, but would you be ok with your OH doing it? you girls must be thinking that i need t to have a grip! hehe. the jealous cow from hell. meeoooowww. i blame AF. lol

Well running isn't the most attractive of sports! would u really choose to have ur OH watching you when u r sweating and have hair plastered to ur face, red cheeks, wheezing etc! Unless she wants to do the pathetic girl run (ie Rachel on friends) in which case he will prob b very annoyed by her and want to run 'properly'!

I can't comment. I normally head down to the gym with one of my male colleagues. H2b is so much better than me. A couple of years ago a close male friend came over from Australia. It was before h2b and I lived together and the friend stayed at my house, we were in the pub every night and h2b lived miles away and got snowed in so couldn't join us, and he wasn't jealous at all!

I only really have male friends. But one is gay, the others have girlfriends, apart from 1. They are also OHs friends... But if I was single I wouldnt do any kind of exercise around anyone I wanted as it is soo unnatractive! (well if u do it properly!!)
