code been reading your blog.. superwoman!!!

i have to yet experience people not rsvp'ing to me. indians are so so different. they dont do that!! grrr. i am going to go mental again!! today has drained me enough! i am going to say if i dont hear from them i will assume they are not coming!!

seems like i have to cut down my number of friends attending. :( I understand what youhave said on there but i think as long as you and your OH get married, thats the main thing right? I am trying to be positive. :)

woohoo it's a happy Sunday...I weighed in this morning at 2lbs less than last week :) Think last week may have just been particularly bad time of month as I felt bloaty and now I dont, I can fit in my grey trousers again and my jeans are distinctly looser. I haven't been the gym during the week, only did zumba...but I have been hulahooping like mad and using my LTT stepper and doing my pilates 100s to work on the muffin top tum.
On the downside I bought some Bournville bicuits yesterday thinking they'd be like choc digestives but with proper dark Bournville chocolate on. If I'd read the packet I'd have seen that they're quite thick chocolate biscuits, with a gorgeous chocolate cream and covered in chocolate. There's only 8 in a pack...I'd eaten 6 of them by bedtime last night :o
Today my I started my day with that weigh in but my diet since then has been bacon muffin, remaining 2 choc biscuits (they're not around to tempt me now!) and a double ice cream cone (had to have double as couldnt make up my mind which flavour I wanted!) Am now feeling slightly guilty as I've put it in writing and will confess all to my blog so am determined nothing else will go past my lips until tea time. And if I do weaken I have grapes and mango - will head for them rather than the mini mars bars :D

Hi Betty. Know what you mean. My fitting is in 3 weeks, so I *have* to be good for the next 3 weeks.

If you're having trouble staying full til lunch there are a couple of ways to deal. Slow release carbs - oats, rustic breads (the harder the better), anything that takes the body ages to break down or high protein (eg bacon and eggs, smoked salmon) will both keep you full for longer. The other option is something I used to do when I was getting used to eating during the day (I never used to eat til dinner time) and that is to get a big bowl of fruit, apples, banana, strawberries, raspberries etc, cut it all up and eat it through the day instead having breakfast and lunch. You don't get hungry because you're eating a bit every so often.

I have just pigged this evening on sweets and bits for about the last 5 hours. And eating something to make me full doesn't work as I don't eat out of feeling hungry but just cos I like the sweeties!
