I bought a phone/contact through Three last August for my boyfriend of six years. Just found out hes been cheating on me for a year and dont know what to do about contact. Bill is in my name and direct debit out of my account, i could cancel direct debit but as in my name im not sure if hed then be able to pay bill although he does have access to the account. Also if he then doesnt pay i dont want it affecting my credit rating. I also cant imagine him wanting to give back the iphone4 to three which could cause further issues. Can i write to three and ask them to transfer account into ex's name? Ex wont speak to me now since i found out so not sure what to do as dont want to keep paying his bills. ANy help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks

top and bottom no, you are liableDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Ok, here is where you are.
You have the contract in your name so you are the customer. In the death, they will come after you.
They won't necessarily transfer the contract to him and if you are not talking, how will he be persuaded to ask them to transfer?
If you can't sort it out amicably, you need to cancel his sim (not the contract) and ask for a new sim to be sent to you. At least he can't rack up call costs any more - and he will have lost his number too!
That is the only way you can mitigate your costs. At the moment, he could run up £000s and you would have to pay. Don't just cancel the DD as that will trash your credit record.

If you are up for the fight - ask for the phone back. If not returned, report stolen to 3 and police. Won't help with the cost of the contract - you still have to continue paying that but at least might get the phone back quicker than later.0

You can also block/wipe the entire iPhone 4 of all its contents if he is unwilling to return it;)I suggest you do as others have said and get the sim blocked now!:dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21
