Pigpen, you are not alone.

Sexymouse wonderful pics; many thanks for sharing. You look fantastic!
Just got back from our walk; a leisurely 3 miles, and a half hour visit to Bradwell windmill.
I guess it's back to normality and sanity tomorrow......:DIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Vanilla - not surprised you are steaming. I will allow you to stamp your feet heavily and say "it's not fair".
Sexymouse - thanks for sharing the pictures - they are lovely.
In accordance with Pigpen's instructions, I tootled out aimlessly in the car - didn't want to go too far and be caught up with everyone coming back from the coast. Fancied a bar of nice soap - as in, no bath should be without proper soap rather than shower gel (which I have, rather belatedly, discovered the uses of as liquid soap) - but couldn't actually find any, so bought a coffee !clair instead. Yes, I know, I should have made my own ........... but it wasn't on Pigpen's list today. By the way Pigpen, if you'd told me earlier, I'd have tootled round to Mr T's - I am extremely partial to one of their hot cross buns for breakfast.
And while I was out I was keeping an eye open for your cats Hex2 :rotfl: You should never have shown off your wisteria to me.
I am approximately half way through my dailies - not impressive is it! But I have been messaging a friend in hospital - who is being very wise to me.
I could put dinner in the oven. I could also eat chips with it .........
On the other hand I am currently a blob. :eek:Work is not my Hobby0 -
Helloo
We've been out pretty much all day. Went to to visit some friends this morning, called to MRms on the way back and then went to Bathpool with the dog. Back home now and I can't believe we're back at school tomorrow. I suppose I ought to make sure uniforms, pe kits and everything are sorted. I suppose I could do the sandwiches ready as well.
Happy Birthday G&B - hope you're having a great day.
Hugs Vanilla
Hope everyone's enjoying their BH

More tidying done in our room, all sleeping bags put back into there bags. More dirty washing gathered up, Rhys changed before he explodes with all the chocolate he's ate and he won't be getting anymore for awhile.
Utility room now full with washing so the machine will be fed all evening. Dw nearly finished so i'll finish my tea and go potter in the garden for awhile.
Jobs for garden
1) weed round peas
2) water all seeds, some up already.
3) bring all eggs in
4) give hen's some left over out of date bread, they love it.
5) move all seeds down to veg patch as there is more sun there.
6) try and fix the plank of wood that fell off the veg patch.
7) clear the path in the veg patch.
8) weed the two empty beds and cover them until needed.
9) figure out how i'm going to cut the Larrel hedge, it's massive and blocking out alot of light from the garden.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Even managed an hour in the garden when the sun came out - making sure to keep away from the chilly wind blowing along one side.0

I have followed Pigpen's list religiously today :j
Can I please ask for lots of vibes for OHs dad? He was taken back into hospital again on Friday with another bladder infection. We went out for his birthday last week and were convinced he was having another TIA and he hasn't been the same since. The nurses mentioned yesterday that they were worried about him but haven't said why. He has been sleeping an awful lot and hasn't been awake when anyone has been in to visit. OH tried to wake him earlier but had no success, I am guessing he needs the sleep to fight off the infection but it is worrying. OHs sister is going in tonight and she is generally better at finding out things so we may get some news. I have strange feelings about it this time but daren't utter any of them to OH. His name is Roy, any prayers would be gratefully received xMFW 2025 No. 7 £1931.07/£2700
