  • Ooops forgot to say before due to OH nagging about dinner Sexymouse Love the pictures both you and moon look so happy. Thank you for sharing.

Why is it that when its my turn to make dinner I cook from scratch and when its OH's turn we end up with take away

Thank you for all of the lovely comments about the photos. I wish we were still there - it seems so long ago now!

I haven't got a picture of my shoes Triker - my Mum has though, so when I get some of the family photos sent to me, I'll upload them to the same site. They were sandals from Asda that only cost £10, but everyone loved them, as they were white and strappy with flowers with a diamonte in the middle of them across the toe strap to go with the flowers on my dress. Sorry to hear you're feeling under the weather again. Hope it passes soon - maybe it's the hot weather we've had.

Moon and I have just washed my car, so it's looking a bit better than it was, but as we don't have an outside tap and hose, it's been difficult to do with just a bucket and sponge. I did use a stardrops solution to wash it though, so it was very MSE, and it seems to have worked reasonably well, even if it took us a while (I sprayed the solution on whilst Moon washed it off with the sponge and clean water). Think I may have to get it done properly, as the Polish people at Homebase only charge £10 to do the inside and out, which includes pressure washing, and blacking the tyres. Will wait until I've another pay cheque in the bank first though.

Moon also managed the mow the jungle out the back, and it looks 10x better, although the lawn is very patchy. If the weather is nice next weekend, maybe we'll be able to make a start on digging out all of the weeds.

I'm off to remind Moon about the dinner in a minute, as he's cooking, and won't want to miss the start of his Gadget Show at 8pm.

    Hugs to all,

    sexymouse xx
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

I've just met another flylady :j:j:T:T just as I thought she would be.

    Dinner done
Cat fed, he is back out from behind the sofa! :rotfl::rotfl: even flylady coaxing wouldn't get him out!!
    Plants watered

    Have a good evening
More to the point... kaz's house was worryingly clean and tidy... I think she actually does the stuff on the lists rather than just coming on here to chat! (Her garden's looking pretty good too...)

As for the cat, he was very sensibly hiding from me, as I tried worming my mother's cat yesterday AND cleaned out her ears :p word obviously got out...

    OK... clearly she is...

Lovely to see you - it made a lovely break in the journey, and you really do live just round the corner from lots of my friends :)

Next time you're down this way, drop in ... and if you give us some warning, maybe Froddy, Sexymouse, Soappie & BB might be available for a walk...

Don't forget to walk to work tomorrow :p
