Advice please! HTC sensation or Samsung Galaxy S2

I am due to upgrade with O2 next month and have decided on either the HTC sensation or the Galaxy S2. I have never had a smart phone before so not quite sure which is best. I take lots of photos and use it for facebook, ebay, emails etc. It seems to be they all go out of date so quickly and I will prob have to get a 24 month contract for the best price. Any advice appreciated!

For me it would be the sensation.
I have two HTC's already and I am more than happy with them.
Although I think on paper the Samsung wins in a head to head with slightly more memory.0 -
I would want to try both out and will probably wit for the SGS 3 .

I'm thinking the same, it won't belong until there are reviews of them both together.0

Galaxy s2 has slightly better specs (1GB Ram) but the Sensation has a better operating system with sense 3.0.
I'm thinking I will get the Galaxy (although I admit the Sensation is better looking!) as I don't want to wait and I think the extra Ram will make it run smoothly for longer (future proofing).
Just my thoughts but its a tough call.0 -

You could always go monthly sim only and wait till september when both Samsung and HTC will release newer higher specced phones that they will throw at the iphone 5.0

But the Iphone 5 could be as late as the 1stQ of 20120
