Why not do the reverse. Get a cheap Lycamobile pay and go sim card in UK. When someone phones you, phone them back immediately and pay 1p/min.business_man wrote: »I dont hAVE to do anything with pakistan. I dont belong there neither do my parents. Just forex knowdelege.

what ever network u use in pakistan to ring a uk mobile is gonna work out expensive. I was only there about a month ago and used telenor. My counsins had ufone, jazz etc.. they all roughly charge the same.
Best thing to do is what Oneaday has suggested above0 -

open a VoIP account in the UK with one of the Betamax/Dellmont brands. With every for EUR10 top up, you get 120 freedays to make free calls to UK landlines (and many other countries) Rate to call UK mobiles is around 6p per minute. But it varies a lot from brand to brand. Shop around.
I go to India every year and use my VoIP account to call UK and other countries.
Similarily, if you give the username and password of this account to your folks in Pakistan, they will be able to call you.
Free if they can call you on a landline number here.
Remember that this is VoIP and the caller will need a broadband connection. Mic and speaker in a laptop work but a VoIP phone that plug into a USB port is the best. As little as £10.
If you can use a PC/laptop in both countries, have a look at Skype. 100% free and it has a video option.
PS
Best people to answer your question will be in a forum in Pakistan, IMO0
