Xenon lights, but not the bulbs. Eh...?!

Someone asked me to find them a BMW 530d - and found this (highly overpriced) one:

What confuses me is when it says

xenon lights not just bulbs

as in they dont have those xenon bulbs you buy in Halfords
they are specfic xenon light units

dont think that kit adds anything the 5's looks personally

Propper factory xenons are ok, its the awful HID hideous bulbs all the chavs have in their Saxo's that I hate.

Make sure it's not a retrofit here then, given it's had other crap stuck to it
