I didn't post for here for correction from the grammar police. I think your average intelligent person here can read and understand my post. Not an easy task editing a post when your compiling it on a mobile phone. !0

Hi bexnmike,
It's disappointing to read about your experience here but thanks for making me aware of it.
In the event that you'd like to discuss matters further could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?
All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it will take you to the Contact us form on our website.
To ensure that it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line and once our automated reply arrives update the thread with your email reference number and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?
Kind regards,
Lee

Vodafone UK“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Vodafone. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -
I am currently with Vodafone and was due for an upgrade in September 2012 but I didn't upgrade due to personal problems. Now having just come out of a very strained relationship I am looking to change my number and also get a new contract or upgrade.
Vodafone are offering me a £42 a month on Iphone5, which is too much for me to pay(currently paying £36). When I said I will check with phones4U, Vodafone advised me not to go via 3rd parties as they can sell your personal information that's why their deals are cheaper.
Is this true?
Thanks in Advance.0
