    On a pricey phone like te iphone you only get 12 months? Another reason to go with android, HTC gives you 24 months ;)

    So through at least one software update then ;)

    if you talk to them nicely and ask if they could reduce charge i.e ask them to put in computer its battery need changing rather than the whole phone, it will cos £55 rather than £140 it all depends on the person serving, if they feel they can help they will.:j
