Happy Easter everyone.
I hope everyone with time off are enjoying themselves and this lovely weather.
Stitchy, well done on the business account, one step closer.
Orange, hope the hangover isn`t too bad.
Perni, I hope you sort your bunnie`s out.
NTBY, glad you arrived safely, have fun settling in.
Well i`m at work again all day but have a few clients spending time with family so I have a very bitty rota with loads of gaps, kinda nice to have the breaks but I only get paid per call so between 6.30am and 10.30pm only actually getting 6.5 hours paid work.:(
Still determined to make good use of my gaps so today:
First load of washing just finished and will hang out on line.
Another load of washing to put in.
Walk dogs later when it cools down a bit.
Meals from stores.
Drive with windows open in car rather than use air con!
College work - MUST DO, really want to get this course finished and properly qualified for my job.
I`m off tommorow and am looking forward to a nice lie in.0 -
Hi everyone,
Thank you to everyone who has wished my lil bunnies well - we managed to pick up our poorly one today & are trying to get her settled back in the hutch, she's not very impressed with us though as she has a cone round her to stop her getting her stitches out so she can't wash herself properly, & we have lots of meds to administer which she's also not likingStill, at least she is safe & on the mend physically, just need to get her back to her old self mentally.
Our other rabbit is in the shed with her, in a different cage though. She seemed ever so mad at us when we put her in there but we're allowing them out at different stages, so I hope now that they have their own terrority as it were that they can get along (only under close supervision mind you), but I won't be risking that for a while.
Aria - What is you do if you don't mind me asking?
Erme - Thank you for your kind words, I hope you manage to sort things out with your mum. Maybe she just has trouble expressing how much you mean to her?
Welshwoofer - Wow I had no idea you'd lived abroad for a while, or have a phd! Nice to see the DFW crowd having such a sense of adventure though!
Candy - Congrats on your lottery win! I think you were very sensible with your winnings, how much do you need to add to the car fund?
DNMS - Have a good week off the ol' internet. Who will provide us with a motivational start to the thread?! :rotfl:
Picasso - I was wondering where you'd gone! Glad to see you're doing well
Mummymoo - Welcome to the thread, hope you find it as useful as I do.
NTBY - I'd read they can get along if they've been together since they were very little, which they have been, but I guess since they're basically at the "teenage" stage of their life that there's not much I can do but separate them now, I am keeping them in the same shed but different cages so they can be kinda social, but they can't hurt each other. Lots of cuddles will definitely be in order! Hope you're still enjoying yourself out there & making the most of new experiences.

Bonjourno my DFW lovelies!!!
I have my house to myself (apart from DD who is snoozing on the chair downstairs). All my guests have gone home and everything is *nearly* back to the way I like it.Don't get me wrong but I loved having my family here and am a bit sad to see them go, but having 4 extra bodies in my house and 4 extra peoples stuffs makes things hard work, plus I fell out of all my routines and MSE ways, waaaaay over spent and was v. hard to keep track on things! But....here I am, tomorrow I am on it like sonic and getting back on the wagon. #
Here is todays lists in preparation:-
- Rejig budget to allow for overspend this month
- Cleaned/hoovered/washed up to my hearts content!
- Will do inventory of freezer and write up a shopping list for tomorrow, think I just need milk and bread tbh!
- Check CC balances, not been used but need a reminder of what/where they are as I haven't looked of late!
- Catch up on surveys
- Finish putting away clean, line dried washing.
- Clean bathtub
- Turn off hotwater for the first time in a week!
- Dinner from stores
- Try to meal plan slightly from food inventory
- GET ON WII FIT!!!
- No pub quiz tonight, saves pennies
- Maybe iron work clothes so I don't have to do tomorrow?
- Sparkle!
JxNothing to report as yet...give me a minute...!0 -
