If this is the same poster who asked for an item to be sent to their home address, rather than the university, I must welcome any increase in charges by these establishments to prevent further uneducatable people bneing prevented from stacking shelves and ending up in debt.
Sorry, but my first answer (cleansed) was my terms and conditions on my card machine do not allow me to send an item to any address but that of registered card user. After a trawl of other posting by OP, I would suggest they ...0 -

Title says it all really. I've been a moderator on *thinks* around 5 forums in my time, 1 of them around the scale of MSE, 1 of them smaller, and 3 quite small. I've been an avid message board user on many other forums, too. However I've never seen the likes of the bullying that goes on in MSE. I haven't been subject to it myself but sometimes you see members in a gang-mentality, picking on people and I personally find it disgraceful.
So in one thread the op accuses everyone of bullying them and on another thread apparently he has not been subjected to any bullying!!!
Today for the first time in 30 years I believe in the Easter Bunny!!!0 -
I will continue to urge the oP to have all his threads, here and ebay and on any other boards removed. I fear he may be talking himself (or herself) into losing any legal action taken against them.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. If you need any help on these boards, do let me know.. Please note that Ambassadors are not moderators. Any posts you spot in breach of the Forum Rules should be reported via the report button, or by emailing forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.All views are my own and not the official line of MoneySavingExpert.0

He is clearly an attention seeker, posting questions that will get a lot of responses or giving answers to make people reply again and again. I actually think he has a problem now to be honest, to be like that. He is clearly very needy of the attention and is not getting it from anywhere else.
His OP is clealy about me and he described me as 'middle aged' because I said I had PMT. I don't know whether to laugh or cry, but as I have no PMT today I shall laugh. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Ladies, middle aged with PMT - is there any hope for any of us?0 -

yes its the same poster0 -
Only had time to skim this and the other thread and it looks like the OP has gone now given he hasnt been offered the sympathy he clearly sought.
He wasnt getting any support for his actions so started a seperate thread just on the sellers email threats but defied anyone to refer to the nature of the problem he had caused. Classic.
Have to say this has left me fuming and I cannot believe his nerve. Yes the sellers' emails look extreme but I can see how they may have been pushed too far by this person. It makes me so sad to think any of us selling on ebay can encounter people like this. Cant he take a step back, look at this and realise it is all his fault! Instead he is persecuting the seller for his mistake. Clearly he will win his non receipt claim but doesnt deserve a penny back. He will undoubtedly leave a horrible negative feedback for the seller too.0 -

did you see the other thread he started on the vent board on the issue that the seller sent the item to the wrong address even though simmed had told the seller to send it to X address (different address to whats on paypal) and he was looking for us to agree with him that he had wasnt at fault0 -
Hey all, just letting you know that I've been in contact with the seller, and the issue is fully resolved without the use of PayPal claims or anything like that.
Thanks for all your help!0 -
