Fish fingers. 3 boxes. HELP ME!!!!

My DH bought 3 boxes of Birds Eye fish fingers because they were on special offer.
Well quite.
Goodness only knows why as only he and I eat fish, and my idea of fish is... not fish fingers. And neither is his.
Anyway, when I was a gel, the mater used to spread a thin layer of butter over the top of these and bung 'em under the grill. We had to eat fish on Fridays in those days, and that was all me and my brother would eat (of course, it somehow didn't occur to anyone that you could just have NOT EATEN MEAT rather than force fish on us). As a result of this history, fish fingers do not enthrall, though I imagine they're probably not as bad as I remember.
So - does anyone have any fab ideas to zhuzh them up a bit? They're the 100% cod ones, so are probably OK.
I've got THREE PACKETS of these, chaps, and DH IS GOING TO EAT THEM.
Any suggestions gratefully received
PS - the cat doesn't like fish. I've already thought of that one.

Could you take the breaded bit off and flake the fish inside for a fish pie? or mix the fish with seasoning and mash potatoes and make fish cakes?
Or FORCE feed him fish fingers for several days :rotfl: what are men like, my DH would do the same if something is on offer, even if he dislikes it, just because its on offer!0 -

another vote here for fishfinger sarnies - scrummy yummy!
grill or oven bake without butter, but butter your choice of bread - this will then all melt when you put the cooked ff's on them.
my preference is for tomato ketchup

:rotfl::rotfl: thats prob the most autentric childhood taste, we hardly ever eat fishfingers tho but when we do it's nearly always with the kids, i'd prob be ok with cheapo ones for us and proper ones for them because we have the choice, i fancy fishfinger sandwich now, but i had tuna sandwichs for lunch there is such thing as too much fish lolDEC GC £463.67/£450
