    My wife and I have just filed our petition today. Thanks to the advice on here the forms were spot on.
    The court clerk said she normally had 2 or 3 to deal with but because of the changes in fees they had a run of them. There were 8 today when we left court at 1100.

    We have to go back at 1400 to collect the paperwork or see the judge.

    Wife is stressed, I'm relieved

    Just back from court, didn't have to see the Judge.
    All stamped and signed, now officially BR.

    Onward and upward as they say.
