if you do the same tracert on both pc's, does one work?

try going into control panel, network connections, your connection, tcpip

and add the dns server back in as 192.168.0.1

and add this as an alternate dns server

208.67.222.222

then tracert https://www.google.com

All up and running, I changed TCP/IP settings IP address to Obtain automatic.
