    Did you reboot after scanning with malwarebytes

    tick and fix this unless you added it

    O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{B84A0235-C531-4712-B49A-67F71973DED9}: NameServer = 192.168.0.1

    other possibilities reset ie to defaults, delete hosts file

    or do a system restore to the point before the infection

    if you cannot connect to the internet then repair the winsock

    there is a "fix it for me" button half way down the page

    if you are not on the computer that has the problem, save the Fix it solution to a flash drive or a CD and then run it on the computer that has the problem

    if that does not work I would remove Nortons as it may be blocking the internet (maybe try that first and replace with a free antivirus later )

    did you try removing norton

    blue download icon on the left , ignore the others on the page

    download and then run it

    reboot and see if internet access back
