hi does anhyone know where i stand concerning this i had just bought 20 quid top up and the phone broke i have left it for five months but could i get any money back what are my rights?

PAYG am guessing ? phone customer services up ask for a replacement sim card and your number to be transfered and iirc the credit should still be on the account, do quote me on that as i work with contracts not payg.
