Kasperksy 2011

Dont know if anyone can help at all please? I have current version of Kaspersky, and it is telling me that my database is corrupted and that the update feature has been disabled.

Cant get hold of anyone at Kaspersky, just tried but thats another story.

Couple of days ago, Kaspersky said databases were corrupted, so I completely uninstalled & reinstalled.

This is a legal version, so anyone any ideas why? Nobody else uses my laptop definitely. Only a home one....I only go to standard websites - nothing strange or unusual....HELP please & thanks

ive used kaspersky for many years and never had this problem.

one problem i did get when i upgraded to Kaspersky 2011 is that after the uprgrade i checked the licence length and this was corrent in the number of days before it needed renewing again, but 2 months later i started getting the warnings that my kaspersky internet security 2011 was due for renewal, please renews or you will lose protection, when i checked the days had suddenly dropped to 20 days.
I immediately contacted kaspersky and asked them what was going on as i paid for the years upgrade and this showed correct after the upgrade, inistally they said they had no record of this and that i needed to pay. it is then that i copied them over my reciept for the upgrade showing the expiry date etc.
they then corrected the problem by proviving me with a new activation code correctly set but with any extra 2 months added
