thanks everyone, will threaten her with small claims. I'd heard rumours that she was going through a rough patch so I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she would send my stuff when she got back on her feet. I know it's a long time, but I have attention deficit disorder and always leave things until the last minute. 6 years is good though, gives me nearly another 5 but I will write that letter this weekend and hope the threat is enough. If not I will go through with the small claims.
She runs workshops near Milton Keynes, I will suggest that I really don't want to have to turn up and embarrass her.
Yes, I live in London, well at the end of a tube line anyway.
thanks again

ps re claiming through paypal, I can prove she delayed things so the 45 day limit would be up so i might still be worth me contacting them0

I would not rely on Paypal in the slightest. They are terrible when it comes to being reasonable. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0
