I am due an upgrade on Tmobile.
I have been trying to find a good deal for HTC desire s.
I want to pay around £25. Tmobile are unable to offer me said phone package for less than £35, even though on several websites you can get a good package with free phone for around the £25 mark - if you are a new customer!!!!
Is there anyway that i can get the newbie package by upgrading?
I phoned the tmobile upgrades department - would I be better to try a 3rd party like CPW, P4U?

Be careful with with redemptions deals though.
Don't forget about TCB/quidco.
If you want to keep your old number and the same network, just port it to a free PAYG sim from another network, than back to t-mobile.0 -

You'd be better off speaking to the retentions dept (select the 'thinking of leaving' option).
They should be able to offer a much better deal than the upgrades team.0 -

How long would i have to stay on PAYG??? Think the DB has some old PAYG sims floating around.
The best deals that I have seen are on P4U - anything that I need to be aware of, when dealing with them?
and finally thank you for taking the time to answer my posts/questions!0 -

There is no any minimum term, but I'd say it would be polite to wait for a few days at least.Tamster150 wrote: »How long would i have to stay on PAYG??? Think the DB has some old PAYG sims floating around.
If you port to the old sim you will lose it finally (the old sim).
Some deals can be with redemption - be very cautious: Cashback Guide for Dummies. The best deals that I have seen are on P4U - anything that I need to be aware of, when dealing with them?
Also, if you have any problems with the handset, you will deal with the retailer/manufacture, not the network.0
