sunday: shin of beef casserole cooked in the slow cooker, salmon salad for me
Monday: havent decided but will be something quick
Tuesday: lemon sole slimming world chips and pead
Wednesday: fajitas
Thursday: pasta with tomato sauce
Friday: Lidl mozzarella pizzas
Saturday: buffet type stuff - spring rolls,chicken/prawn skewers, cheese, pickled onions and whatever else I can find in the cupboards0 -

Snacks: Fruit, vegetables, bread/toast, houmous, nuts, air popped popcorn.
Drinks: Water, soya milk, green tea, diet cola, juice.
This looks very different from the week I will have after this one. For the week starting the 2nd of May I will be doing the live below the line challenge :eek: and although the meal plan I have for that is rather nutritious it isn't anywhere near as varied as I am used to.I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy

heres mine,i havent worked out lunches for all of the days yet but will work it out when we get there.

easter eggs galore..
sloppy joe's with oven chips instead of an oven bottom.
monday.
lunch beans and sausage with toast
tea pasta bolognaise (if i have enough pasta if not i need to buy it)
tuesday.
packed lunches. cheese and onion pie/yogurt/fruit (must buy fruit..if i can find an open supermarket)
tea beef in ale caserole.
wednesday
yorkshire puddings with beef and veg
thursday
cottage pie
friday
pizza
saturday
mince & totties
sunday
scampi and chips
monday lasange
tuesday
gammon
wednesday
steak pie
all i need to buy for this is pasta,fruit,veg and whatever it is for lunches. i think a few will be pasta bolognaise cold for school lunches and bits like that.0 -

Most things I don't miss since becoming vegan apart from, only occasionally, runny creamy French cheese... but always... and truly... clotted cream. I wish there was something I could really replace it with - cream cheese and cream substitues, as nice as they are for substituting ordinary and aerosol cream, just aren't the same on scones.
