Ooh yeah, me too. Looking forward to lots of lovely salads. Must use use up my stock of winter warming meals from the freezer first though. So this weeks plan is very simple:
Sun - Fri: Freezer surprise
Sat: Prob takeaway
That was simple!
Lunches will be cold pasta based dishes that i can take to work. We did have a microwave, but some lazy ****** refused to clean it  so I chucked it out!! Think we won't get a new one til winter now.

Tomorrow night...Nut roast, roast potato, whatever veg is on offer later today
Saturday(lunch left over nutroast) supper: some sort of vegetble risotto I think
Sunday: Roast lamb, new pots, peas, Eton Mess.
Monday (Eating out)
Tuesday: Salmon, black or red rice, tomato salad. Might make a summer pudding if DH behaves well
So far...this hasn't really happened at all. I got lots f veg for crudite and even though we are working quite hard in the garden, its all we want in the evenings. DH is having crisps too though. Tonight we are having lamb, but my mother, who is joining us, has made profiteroles to have for desert...DH loves them, and there was not a single strawberry left in the greengrocers, and when I went to the supermarket in frustration they were sold out too! (than fully there is a lot of fruit set on my plants, in the next couple of weeks we won't be buying strawberries at least!).0 -
