Europcar serenity pack

Alright, I'm renting a car from Nice airport in France next week.
It's my first time driving in Europe so I'm considering maxing out my insurance cover just for peace of mind. I've booked a small car with Europcar and there is an optional extra called "SER-PACK".
I understand that is the "serenity pack" and probably is the additional insurance/excess waiver I am after. However, I can't find any information about this specific "pack". Maybe I'm just being blind but I can't see anything on Europcar's website.
Googling and searching this forum brings up details about their scam, which I am aware of but I want to read the small print before purchasing it. Anyone know where I can find out what the SER-PACK actually includes/covers?
