AOL dont stop spammers

Options
i am a web host and 3 yrs ago i terminated a client for non payment of invoices and had to claim money owed through the moneyclaim.gov.uk which i would have not bothered normally, but he become abusive because i terminated his account.
since then he has been spamming me several times a week from his AOL account (the same IP address and email address) which each time i report this to AOL with the full headers, but AOL just seem to ignore these reports and allows this spammer to continue.

where i can report AOL as it clear they are not willing to stop this spammer.

suddenly after i started this thread i get a phone call from Talk Talks CEOs office about this spamming (looks like AOL are now part of the talktalk group)

they say their is not much they can do to stop this.

but surely 3yrs of spamming is classed as excessive spamming so surely they have the power to remove this spammers AOL account

It may be harassment but emails from a single person can not be classed as spamming.

You are supposedly a web host selling web solutions to people. Surely you have your own mail server or in a position to configure your mail server to filter out that person. it ain't rocket science, he's sending from the same address every time if he is using his AOL account.

Of course they will still arrive if you are setting the filter on the mail client!

Doesn't your ISP have a web interface where you can set filters. From experience with mine, if I set a filter in the webmail side of things then it affects the POP3 side as well (as it should).
