Help - probs downloading Blackberry Media Sync

Hey all
I'm desperate to download Blackberry media sync as need to get pictures off my phone onto a CD asap. But I've tried for past 2 days to download it from the Blackberry website and I keep getting an error page titled 'JBossWeb/2.0.1.GA - Error report' which has a load of code on it.
Any suggestions on how I can get past this?
Any other way to take the pictures off the phone (other than emailing them to myself, which will take hours!)

Is Media Sync on the disc supplied with the phone? You can see if the media card comes up as an extra hard drive and transfer the photos by drag and drop.
