Boiler Troubles - Please Help
Comments
-
I'm resigned to the fact that I need a new boiler now as I'm not prepared to pay another £300 when there could be more problems with the existing boiler as it is coming to the end of it's life - I did ask the latest engineer about cleaning the heat exchanger and he said that it wasn't worth cleaning as they are a sealed unit and cleaning it wasn't guaranteed to work and even if it did it could go wrong in a few months.
I might get the gas valve checked when the new boiler is fitted if it's only going to cost me £50 in labour as I don't think it's faulty and I will then be asking to previous engineer for a refund.
Thanks.:A0
