Flight prices in July

Hi,
Looking to fly to New York from LHR at the beginning of July and back into heathrow from Miami in the middle of the July.
I've been following the price for a couple of months now and the BA offers have reached the end of May, but my worry is that no deals will be available for the period when I want to go and I end up paying standard fares.
I've been looking to see if BA offered reduced flight fee's last year for July, but can't find any info?
Am I best waiting or paying now?
Many Thanks.

Flight sales for July are rare. Having said that, BA have not had a sale for quite a while so there may (or may not!) be one in the near future. How much are the flights at present?Gone ... or have I?0

The flights as described are around £700, £750 with BA at present.0

I book flights to the US annually for July and they only ever seem to go up each time. I've only booked one 'bargain' July flight that I can remember in the last five years. I booked that on Boxing day through Opodo. I think it was a promotion of Virgin Atlantic's 25 year anniversary though.
Pretty much every year the sale fares can be booked for flights up to the end of June, and then they seem to end I'm afraid.
This year's flight I booked a July flight for £660 in January and it has since gone up to £850.
You could wait, but it could be a gamble. That said, if you book now, don't check for future July sales or it could end in tears! :eek:0
